The product only governs the apps a user intentionally selects. If an app is not selected, the blocker should not treat it as part of the unlock flow.
Blocking requires operating-system support. On Android that may include accessibility-related setup. On iPhone it follows Appleās Screen Time authorization model.
Open one of the selected apps with zero available time. The product should route into the branded lock flow instead of feeling broken or ambiguous.
The unlock should grant minutes, return the user to the requested app, and relock again automatically once the budget ends.
If the workout camera is not detecting movement well, step back until your body fits more fully in frame, keep the phone steady, and make sure the room is bright enough for the pose overlay to see you clearly.
On iPhone, AfterReps works best when notifications are allowed so the app can hand users cleanly back into the workout flow from a blocked-app interruption.
AfterReps is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced later, billing would be managed by the relevant app store instead of charging cards directly inside AfterReps.
If setup still does not behave correctly, go to Contact and include the device, platform, app you tried to block, and the exact moment the flow broke.
