By accessing or using AfterReps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with local law. If you are using platform-controlled features such as Screen Time integrations, you are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to do so on your device or account.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service in a way that violates law or platform rules.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts, or bypass security controls unlawfully.
- Do not use AfterReps to manage another adult’s device without proper authorization.
- Do not misuse support, payment, or contact channels.
Purchases, subscriptions, and trials
AfterReps is currently offered as a free app experience. If paid plans, trials, or in-app purchases are introduced later, pricing, billing terms, refund handling, and renewal behavior may depend on the platform storefront or purchase channel used at the time of purchase. Future purchases may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and RevenueCat may be used to help manage subscription status and entitlement access.
Health and fitness notice
AfterReps includes movement-based product flows. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should use reasonable judgment and avoid movements that are unsafe for your body, environment, or condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AfterReps is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, AfterReps disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Changes to the service or terms
The product, these terms, and related policies may change over time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
